Budget: Our final budget to make our opening will be £50, I have calculated everything and this comes to £43.40 so I think that having £6.60 spare could be used in case of any emergencies.
F.O.C stands for 'free of charge' and should be entered in the cost column where appropriate. Your column headings don't make sense when you see what's in them and there are no costs!

ReplyDeleteSo your budget just lists potential expenditure and your estimate in pounds of how much each item will cost. If you are getting the item for free then it's F.O.C. but you need to state where that free item will be obtained from: e.g. Travel £20, Tripod F.O.C. loaned by school, etc.
