What does a director do

A director takes part in creating the story board/ shooting schedule, casting and makes very important decisions. The director brings the whole production together and works closely with everyone in the film. The director must also motivate the team to make them progress further each session together to get the best film over all possible. The director is responsible for making the film to its best creative ability as possible. In order to make sure that i deliver the best job possible as a director I will make sure that I am always fully organised, prepared and informed of anything for filming
